This program focuses on lifestyle interventions and cognitive behavioral techniques rather than pharmaceuticals. You’ll gain valuable skills to identify and address depression and anxiety, improve emotional intelligence, boost energy and mood, manage stress effectively, and adopt positive lifestyle habits for optimal brain function.
